As many of you are aware, Outdoor and Window visits have resumed. Please make sure you book visits through our online booking system found on the Fairfield Park website www.fairfieldpark.ca and click “book now @ appointlet”. Everyone coming in for a general visit must be screened prior to the visit starting.
If you do not have access or are need assistance please call the Activation Department.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the annual long-term care home resident co-payment rate increase will be deferred for six months until January 1, 2022

 If your loved one needs anything dropped off to them, the drop off times are:

Tuesdays 8-10am

Fridays 4:30-6:30pm.

Please leave items in a LABELED BAG in the box in the front door vestibule during those times. All items will be disinfected and delivered to residents as soon as possible.

Any resident who currently resides in basic (ward) accommodation that has previously had a rate reduction completed, you must complete a new application form. Your current rate reduction expires June 30/21.  If this applies to you or your loved one, or if any resident in basic (ward) accommodation requires a rate reduction for the first time. Please call Tricia for more information. We will need the resident’s 2020 Notice of Assessment to do the application form.

Resident/Family Satisfaction surveys will be completed differently this year. In prior years we would mail the satisfaction survey to POA’s. This year the Activation Department will be reaching out to all residents and families throughout the summer months to complete in person or over the phone. If you would like to take part in the survey please call Stephanie North at 519-627-1663.
