Our visiting policy remains the same. You can schedule your indoor, outdoor, window or virtual visits through the Activities Department or on our website at www.fairfieldpark.ca. These social visits will continue with the same guidelines and hours.
The new Essential Caregiver Program will operate through the Nursing Department. Applications must be filled out and signed by either the resident or their Substitute Decision Maker. All applications can be submitted to Candace or Laura for consideration.
