Fairfield Park is putting measures in place to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus into our home.
Presently, anyone entering the building is required to screen for the coronavirus. This involves asking yourself the below questions.
At this time we are posting someone at the door during designated hours, however there is a possibility we may end up having to restrict visiting hours. If no one is at the door you will still have to self screen and sign the forms at the door.

Please read all signage on the doors which we will keep up to date as new information is received.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

1. Do you have a fever and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing?

AND any of the following:

2. Have you travelled to an impacted area? OR
Have you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case? OR
Have you had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been to an impacted area? (these areas are updated on the www.health.gov.ca website).

If you fail the above screening test for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) please post-pone your visit and contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 or your local public health unit.
